Return Policy

  • Returns must be authorized by emailing or calling Strut Footwear within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • All returned merchandise must be unworn, in immaculate condition, in original box and packaging and all tags attached
  • Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded
  • Flat rate shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund
  • Strut Footwear reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policy and will be returned to the customer at her expense
